Space rentals run from $4,900 (Starlight Loft) to $22,000+ (Starlight Ballroom), before bar and vendors. Most couples spend $35,000–$60,000 all-in. Request a quote with your date and headcount for an exact figure.

Every contract names a covered backup space, held for you at no charge. We watch the forecast together and make the call with you by 9am on the day — tents go up, sidewalls deploy, and the timeline flexes.

Yes — any licensed caterer and insured vendor is welcome, and our eight preferred caterers know the kitchens by heart. Your planner coordinates load-in, power and water for everyone on the team.

Dogs are family here — leashed pups are welcome at outdoor ceremonies and portraits. We keep water bowls and a shady handler’s corner ready; the reception halls ask that four-legged guests retire after dinner.

Amplified music runs until 11pm outdoors and midnight indoors under our entertainment permit. The Starlight Loft keeps the after-party glowing to the very last song.

After your tour we soft-hold the date free for seven days. A 25% deposit and signed agreement lock it in; the balance splits into two payments due at 6 months and 14 days out.

On-site parking covers 160 cars with a shuttle loop for coaches; we help you plan guest shuttles from Hudson and Rhinecliff. All reception spaces are step-free, with accessible restrooms and golf-cart transfers across the grounds.
